"Wonderful"
the room was spacious and comfortable. it has recently been renovated and is very attractive. aside from the beautiful vermont scenery, there is original art from a collection of (local?) artists in the rooms and on the grounds.

We were traveling to do a college visit to Bennington, this was the perfect place!! Publyk house was right there for food which was great! Breakfast was nice, but Heath was AWESOME! Great conversation, very knowledgeable of the area, and a delight to spend time with!

We were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the room was. The grounds were festooned with sculptures produced by the owners and several pieces of art were for sale. It was walking distance to a very good restaurant that was recommended by one of the owners.

The location was lovely - a little bit from the center of town and across from an apple orchard. Our room (a cabin) was cozy and darling. Our host, Martha, was a delight. We enjoyed chatting with her.

Fresh fruit, yogurt options, the coffee I expected little from what I saw in the reviews. Breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. While breakfast was served in a converted garage, that did nothing to detract from the overall quality and selection. A large table with chairs enables guests to eat together, much like a B&B. For someone like me who prefers B&B's that was a plus.

It was so serene and so clean and comfortable. For the price, the breakfast was a little less than I exoected. On the other hand, the beds and pillows were great and that is what you hope for!

Great rooms with everything you need. Sparkling clean and very comfortable. Tastefully and eclectically decorated. A lot of room to roam outside in the huge and lovely yard with a view of Mt. Anthony.

Love the old school motel vibe, but I've never seen one with so much charm! Recently renovated with very comfortable beds. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. The open air breakfast was great and was served in a renovated garage! Why stay at a sterile chain hotel when you can find gems like this.
